well-formed but unusable dictionary
Reported by Tom Smedley | January 25th, 2010 @ 10:43 PM
I created a customized yoshikoder dictionary. An XML editor says that it's "well-formed." But Yoshikoder says it is "unable to open dictionary" when I try to import it.
Are there requirements beyond being "well-formed" that I failed to meet? Thanks!
tom
(PS -- i will, of course, make my dictionary available to the larger community once I get it working as desired!)

The Console messages that appear after you fail to open the file suggest you have duplicate patterns in some of the categories. A quick 'sort | uniq -c | sort -nr' on the file suggests that these are:
sovereignty
faith
trustworthy
traitors
sincerity
recogni
reasons
promise
patriots
judge
intent*
history
false
doubts
constitutionalthough if any of these turn up in different categories then they won't be problematic.
