Multi-document concordances

Concordances are only constructed from the currently displayed document. They should behave the same way as reports, and use all the currently selected documents.
Concordance reports and the display panel will need to be updated too. How best to show the provenance of each concordance line?

Fixed in a 0.7's next iteration (not yet released, pending sorting out the reporting).
